Amway selected CARNEVALE as its data visualization, UX, and technology partner to investigate, reinforce, and refine efforts with important business intelligence and analytics challenges.
These initiatives ranged from providing executives with concise, easy-to-use recommendations on data health, to a thorough review of global reporting and a strategic plan to refine metrics and create a more usable and efficient system.
The Data Health user experience is elite in the world of business analytics dashboards and designed for all users in desktop and mobile for Tableau, iOS, and Android.
A concise strategic recommendation and Tableau data visualization tool were built, which gained stakeholder consensus and positioned Amway to deliver improved reporting across the globe. Key capabilities and deficiencies in diagnostic, descriptive, proactive, and predictive reports and dashboards for marketing and sales were delivered.
The results are used by Amway to improve business decisions, consolidate analytics, and educate stakeholders in 2020-21. The Analytics projects are currently in progress.
